V12 Oil and Gas Ltd exists to simplify procurement for Nigeria’s oil and gas operators. We are an indigenous procurement and supply chain partner, combining deep local operating knowledge with disciplined commercial process to keep projects supplied and moving.
We sit at the intersection of technical understanding and commercial reliability. Our background across facility upgrading, pipeline integrity, instrumentation and civil works means we know what equipment has to do on site, not just what it costs. That understanding shapes how we specify, source and inspect every package.
Our team manages the full procurement cycle: requirement clarification, competitive tendering, vendor qualification, expediting, quality documentation and delivery to site. Clients deal with one accountable partner rather than a chain of intermediaries.
